Frank C. Cracchiolo

Frank Cracchiolo received his B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame in 1999 where he was a Notre Dame Scholar. Mr. Cracchiolo graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002.

Prior to joining McNeil, Tropp, Braun & Kennedy in 2004, Mr. Cracchiolo was an associate at Hallett & McCormick where he practiced Workers’ Compensation defense, and an associate at Tharpe & Howell where he worked in civil defense and represented employers on serious and willful misconduct claims. Mr. Cracchiolo’s practice with McNeil, Tropp, Braun & Kennedy focuses on general liability, insurance defense, business litigation and transactions. Mr. Cracchiolo is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.



Kara L. Krause

Ms. Krause, a member of the firm’s Nevada office, received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University at Albany in 2000, and received her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 2003.

While at Syracuse University College of Law, Ms. Krause served as member of the College of Law Judicial Board and was an active member of the criminal law clinic where she represented and advised indigent clients charged with misdemeanor offenses before the Syracuse City Criminal Court and New York State Supreme Court.

After graduating from Syracuse University College of Law, Ms. Krause relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, and was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and Untied States District Court, District of Nevada in 2003. Prior to joining the firm of McNeil, Tropp, Braun & Kennedy, Ms. Krause practiced at a highly respected Las Vegas law firm concentrating in the areas of nursing home, medical and dental malpractice defense, products liability, and general insurance defense.



Tracy L. Breuer

Ms. Breuer received her B.A. degrees in 1998 in Psychology and Criminal Justice from California State University, Bakersfield. Ms. Breuer graduated magna cum laude with a distinction in Criminal Justice.

Ms. Breuer received her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 2005. While attending law school, she was an editor for the Willamette Law Online, US Supreme Court edition, and an active volunteer for several organizations including the Civil Law Clinic. Ms. Breuer’s practice with McNeil Tropp, Braun & Kennedy focuses on general liability, insurance defense and business litigation.



Michelle A. Hancock

Ms. Hancock received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 1992, and received her Juris Doctor degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School (Brigham Young University) in 1995. While in law school, she served as the Trial Advocacy Board Chair and on the National Trial Competition Team. Ms. Hancock is admitted to all California courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Ms. Hancock began her career representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, and then turned her focus in 2000 to defending individuals and entities who had been sued. She focuses on defending medical providers, including skilled nursing facilities, residential care facilities for the elderly, assisted living facilities, facilities for the developmentally disabled, psychiatric facilities, home care companies, doctors and hospitals. She has also defended many types of companies in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and products liability cases. Ms. Hancock has had success both inside and outside the courtroom, in representing her clients and bringing them outstanding results.

She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, The Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and the William P. Gray Legion Lex Inn of Court.

In 2006 and 2007, she was recognized by her peers as a Rising Star®, a distinction held by the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in Southern California who are 40 years old or younger, or in practice 10 years or less. She was included in the Southern California Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition magazine and in Los Angeles magazine as part of this honor.

Ms. Hancock has lectured to attorneys and medical providers on Elder Law issues as well as on HIPAA privacy issues. She has also written articles on these issues. Ms. Hancock is active with the Alzheimer’s Association of Orange County.



Arshia Mardasi

Arshia Mardasi brings to the practice of law the same passion that she and her husband have for children. While some live by words and others by deeds, Ms. Mardasi lives by both. She and her husband are proud parents of four children two of whom are adopted. In the legal arena, Ms. Mardasi has found success with words. In addition to her successes in trial courts, she has also authored a number of successful appeals. Her international background and experience, having spent her early childhood in the United States, part of her childhood in Iran, and her college years in Canada has been invaluable to her career as an attorney. She understands, appreciates and respects the ethic diversity in our judicial system.


Previously, Ms Mardasi worked at the law firm of Herzfeld & Rubin, where she specialized in medical malpractice defense, employment law, sexual harassment, breach of contract and personal injury litigation. Ms. Mardasi 's practice at McNeil, Tropp, Braun & Kennedy focuses on defending medical providers, including skilled nursing facilities, doctors and hospitals.
Ms Mardasi is fluent in Persian. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School and competed at the national level as a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board. She also earned a certificate in Intellectual Property. Ms. Mardasi is a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association and the Iranian American Lawyers’ Association.



Kendall L. Craver

After graduating from of Santa Clara University, where she was awarded with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Kendall Craver earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier College School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Ms. Craver also earned a Certificate in Legal Writing, a Certificate in International and Comparative Law and was a very competitive member of both the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Honors Boards at a national and international level.

Ms. Craver’s practice with McNeil, Tropp, Braun & Kennedy focuses on general liability, premises liability and insurance defense. Ms. Craver is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
